Assembled and paint in 2 weeks. I used most of the FW upgrade kit. Painted as a vassal of the Warp Runner Legio.

Awesome work, and I'm really impressed with the speed of it too.

Very sexy. Blue is so nice and clean and the flames pop against it.
Any young lads around here interested in some high adventure!

Agreed. Those flames are bitchin'.

Also, I like the nice, table-top level of the paintjob. It's achievable.

It doesn't make me feel bad about myself, just by looking at it.

(Although that probably has more to do with personal issues, and not how you choose to paint your knight.)

I love this model. You have done a great job with those flames and the metallics have just the right amount of luster.

How did you break down the sub assemblies?

I built the entire thing, minus all the armor plates. So, all 3 plates on each leg, the shoulder pads, chest plate, and the carapace, as well as the faceplate, neck armor, and crotch plate.

The banner was glue on form the beginning, same with the shield and heavy stubber shield.

Other than that, nothing else. I sprayed the thing silver, and work from there.

Arms were done separately as they rotate.

He was attached to the base once painting was done, so the base was done up separately too.
